Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to professional engagements with AppNet Fusion for release health assessments, crash and ANR investigations, pre-launch performance reviews, and advisory retainers. It does not cover physical goods or software subscriptions, which we do not sell on this site.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how much scheduled work has started, whether a deposit locked a release window, and whether deliverables were already issued.

Assessments and investigations

The scheduling deposit (typically 50%) is refundable in full if you cancel in writing at least five business days before the agreed start date and we have not begun data access work. Cancellations inside five business days forfeit the deposit to cover reserved analyst time. After work begins, fees for completed stages are non-refundable; unused stages may be partially refunded at our discretion if we can reassign capacity.

Pre-launch performance reviews

If device-lab slots were booked on your behalf, costs already incurred with the lab are non-refundable. Remaining unused professional fees may be refunded or credited toward a rescheduled window within 60 days.

Retainers

Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Unused days in a started month are not refunded. You may cancel future months with fifteen days’ written notice before the next billing date. Prepaid months not yet started are refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may reschedule a decision session once without fee if you give at least two business days’ notice. No-shows for scheduled sessions without notice may be billed as delivered for that session slot.

Work already started

Once we have accessed your telemetry or begun drafting a brief, that stage is considered started. Materials purchased or third-party lab time reserved for your engagement are non-refundable to the extent already spent.

Deposits

Deposits secure calendar capacity for a named release window. They convert to fees on delivery or as described under cancellations above.

Refund process and timing

Email contact@appnetfusion.digital with your quote reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank timelines may add several days.

Exceptions

If we cancel an engagement for reasons other than your breach, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Korean law.
