These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the website at appnetfusion.digital and engagements with AppNet Fusion (“we,” “us”) for mobile app performance monitoring advice and release health insights. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Organizations accepting an engagement confirm they have authority to bind the client entity named on the quote.

2. Services

We provide professional advisory and assessment services described on this site and in written quotes. Website content is informational and does not create a contract until a quote is accepted. We do not operate a paid software product or payment checkout on this site.

3. Client responsibilities

You grant lawful access to telemetry, store consoles, and related materials needed for the engagement, and you confirm you have rights to share them. Delays in access may shift delivery dates.

4. Intellectual property

Deliverables prepared for you (briefs, threshold sheets, session notes) are licensed to you for internal business use upon full payment. Our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials remain our property. You may not resell our reports as a product.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Liability

Release decisions remain yours. Our recommendations are professional opinions based on available signals; they are not warranties of store approval, crash-free outcomes, or commercial success. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for site use; active engagements remain governed by the version referenced in their quote unless both parties agree otherwise.
