Evidence from real release windows
Comments below reference specific assessments, investigations, and constraints — not star ratings or store widgets.
“We were an hour from expanding a 5% Android rollout when AppNet Fusion flagged a cold-start regression limited to mid-range devices. Holding that night saved us a weekend of emergency hotfixes.”Min-jun Park, Mobile Lead — Seoul retail app · Release Health Assessment
“The assessment report was dense in a useful way. A few charts we already had; the value was the release narrative and the hold criteria spelled out for non-engineers. I still wish the intake checklist had arrived a day earlier — we lost half a day gathering credentials.”Elena Vos, Product Manager — travel booking · Release Health Assessment
“During a rising ANR week they ranked three clusters and told us which one actually touched checkout. We paused expand on that flavor only instead of rolling back the whole release.”Tomás Ribeiro, Android Engineer — fintech · Crash & ANR Investigation
“Pre-launch review caught a memory climb on the new onboarding film. Not glamorous work, but it kept our App Store review from becoming a support event.”Sora Kim, iOS Lead — education app · Pre-Launch Performance Review

Staged expand held at 10% for a KR commerce app
A commerce team preparing a Chuseok campaign asked for a release health assessment on a dual-platform train. Crash-free users looked acceptable at 2%, but evening samples at 10% showed a new crash cluster on a payment WebView path used heavily on Android 12 mid-range devices.
We recommended holding Android expand while iOS continued, with a device-targeted pause and a 48-hour observation after a WebView configuration change. The campaign still launched; Android reached 100% two days later with the cluster under the agreed threshold.
Constraint worth noting: symbolication for one vendor SDK arrived late, so early drafts listed that cluster as “probable” until symbols confirmed the frame. We kept that uncertainty visible in the brief rather than overstating confidence.

Advisory retainer across six biweekly trains
A media app shipping every other week retained AppNet Fusion for a quarter. The useful artifact was not a dashboard — it was a one-page threshold sheet that product, mobile, and support updated together. Two trains triggered hold discussions; one hold stood, one expanded after a longer 5% window.
